In the studio this week… a new brand identity for Rare Birds

I’m so excited to be able to share this brand identity with you. Rare Birds is a management and financial consultancy set up by the very lovely Kimberley Stevens based in Kelowna, Canada. Well, I should say that she was based in Canada, our globetrotting Kimberley is now based in Mexico! How jealous?

Kimberley wanted a smart, striking and down to earth brand identity that would mark her out as a professional, detail focused and highly experienced consultant who helps her clients answer key financial questions in their business and drive commercial growth. It’s been fun to work overseas and as with our other distant clients, thanks to the magical Skype, it really is much easier than it sounds to work across continents and timezones.

We’ve certainly been on quite a journey to get to this point, and I know that both Kimberley and Chloe are thrilled with the final outcome. Smart, striking and very professional. Can’t wait to see how it translates across the other media!

  1. Looks gorgeous – particularly like the soft grey bird like type swooping on the white business card.

  2. Hi Fiona,

Chloe just led me to this post today. I didn’t actually think my project made it to a blog post!!

Just want to say I LOVE the branding! It is fantastic, and I’m getting rave reviews from everyone else who I’m asking to work with it as well.

    Thanks so much!

    Kimberley

(Oh, and I really am from Canada. I just happen to spend quite a bit of time in Mexico!)
