In the studio this week… The Essencial (originally Essentialis) Brand Identity, the finished article.
I’m pleased to share with you the finished brand identity for Essencial, originally ‘Essentialis’. I’ve really enjoyed working on this project and the challenge of creating something which is highly aspirational, confident and elegant, that also has a masculine edge.
The final design is a combination of the original concepts one and two which Fiona shared with you a couple of weeks ago. Isabel really liked elements of both and loved the strength in the orange from the colour palette so we combined the concepts and tweaked some of the elements to create what you see here.
The change of name came about after Isabel reflected on the initial concepts. Based on the fact that a large proportion of her clients would be Spanish she decided that Essencial was better placed as the company name as it plays on the Spanish word for ‘Essential’. The logo is also accompanied by ‘Curriculum Vitae’ which communicates what Essential do; help ambitious executives bag the international jobs they aspire to through CV tailoring and interview preparation.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the finished design!
