In the studio this week…three brand identity concepts for Premier Carpets & Flooring
Russell from Premier Carpets & Flooring contacted us after being recommended by the lovely Elaine from Hanging Space. After 20 years Russell understood that his brand was in urgent need of a makeover, and so it was down to Flourish to create a refreshing and exciting new brand identity that let him shine in a crowded market.
Premier Carpets really excel in the customer experience, so it was our challenge to create a brand identity that communicated their approachable and honest service. After creating and presenting the vision board it was clear to us that the personality of the business was key.
As part of the brand experience we will also be developing the design of their store front in Weybridge, and once we have news on this we’ll be sure to post the results.
This was a really exciting challenge for the team, and Russell was incredibly happy with the three concepts we presented to him. We’re in the final stages now, but I thought I would share the journey with you – I hope you like them!
Concept One

This stylish concept has bundles of personality and charm and really tells the story of the Premier Carpet experience. The three key steps of the process of buying a new carpet or floor are illustrated with icons and text creating a distinctive tone of voice for the business.
Concept Two

Chloe used iconic patterns and stylish fonts that work together to create a simple yet distinctive brand identity. By creating an icon using the first letters of the company name, this icon can be used on it’s own as an abbreviation of the logo.
Concept Three

This concept communicates warmth and friendliness. The chunky, lowercase typeface communicates their supportive and dependable service and the iconic stamps help to create a sense of the quality service that they offer.
