Introducing… Girls Love Pearls

A lovely and sweet project to finish the week with.

Girls Love Pearls are a very successful jewellery business who sell both via their website and through a large network of stockists across the UK. Our lovely client Ruth felt it was high time her brand and website had the image they deserved and so first stop on this exciting project is the brand identity. Website design and blog to follow very soon!

You’ll see from the images that this project is very elegant, feminine and soft. It’s romantic (Ruth sells largely bridal jewellery as well as to bridesmaids and mothers of the bride) and it’s pretty.

This isn’t about cutting edge jewellery designs, it’s about timeless and classic pieces that are easy to wear. And I think it’s having this understanding of the client and the brief that makes our stuff so powerful. Whilst it wasn’t so long ago that we rebranded Yarwood-White, I think you’ll agree that the two brands are utterly different: appealing to very different sectors of the same market and sending out very different signals.

We sent over our initial designs before half term and Ruth loves them all! So expect to see a blog poll next week to have your say on where this brand identity goes next ;-) Here’s the mood board. Have a lovely weekend!
