We’re currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our creative and hardworking team.
Flourish is an award winning Graphic Design and Marketing agency based in Guildford, Surrey. We specialise in creating engaging brand identities and powerful marketing campaigns for small businesses.
The role
Working alongside the Creative team and the Managing Director your role will be crucial in helping companies plan for success. This might include:
- Identifying a company’s niche in the marketplace and setting out a communication plan
- Creating a marketing and communication plan
- Briefing the studio on a branding or design project
- Planning the structure and marketing campaigns for a website
- Writing action-focused and engaging web, brochure or email copy
- Helping a company plan their exhibition strategy
- Working with clients on their social media planning and implementation
- Upselling and cross selling print and creative services
- Providing pricing and productising services consultancy
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our clients gain measurable results from the work that we do with them and that projects are completed to the highest standards. You’ll also be responsible for marketing Flourish: maintaining a media presence, planning our strategy (alongside the Managing Director) and handling short term projects, such as exhibitions, efficiently and dilligently.

You’ll be well organised, efficient with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll hold a CIM qualification and will have worked in marketing (preferably in a marketing agency) for a minimum of three years. You’ll be self motivated and keen to progress your career and will be passionate about branding and marketing. You’ll be able to demonstrate having worked to deadlines and you’ll be organised enough to be able to juggle multiple projects.
